Resolute Defense ships orders within the United States only. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has shipped,
tracking information will be provided via email.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery
at support@resolutedefenseusa.com to request a return or exchange.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Returns for refund or exchange are subject
to inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Custom or clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.
